Traineeship Component Aim Achievement Rates are limited to Traineeship component aims with the following criteria:

Overall Achievement Rates

The Traineeship Component Aim overall achievement rates are calculated using the standard Overall methodology and includes component aims where the Actual End date is not blank. There is no requirement for a positive outcome in the component aims report, unlike the Traineeship Programmes report, nor is the hybrid end date affected by the Outcome Start date.

Timely Achievement Rates

The Traineeship Component Aim timely achievement rates are calculated using the standard Timely Methodology and include component aims where the Planned End date is before the end of the PICSWeb Report period.

Traineeship Component Aim Year Cohorts

A. Overall achievement

  1. Aim type not= 1

  2. Aim programme type = 24

  3. Aim actual end date (AED) is not blank.

  4. And the aim Hybrid End Date is in the year reported
    And is before the end of the PICSWeb report period.

B. Timely achievement

  1. Points 1-3 as for Overall.

  2. Aim planned end date (PED) is in the year reported
    And is before the end of the PICSWeb report period.

Aims from A or B above.

Maximum/Minimum Overall achievement. See details of the Extended Cohort used in these figures.

Achieved

Aims in Cohort where:

Outcome status = 1;

 

And (for Timely Success only) the AED is <= 90 days after the PED.

Maximum Overall achievement. All additional aims in the extended cohort are counted as achieved.

Minimum Overall achievement. No additional aims in the extended cohort are counted as achieved.
