The Templates tab in the PICSWeb Reports page shows the available templates that you can use for your reports. Each template can be customised, and you can save these customised reports to the Saved Reports tab as necessary.

Navigating the Template List

Each report template in the list has a Name and Description. Selecting the name will open a window where you can Run the Report.

Filtering the Template List

The options to Search by name and report keywords and filter by Number of Records are available above the list. Once you have applied any filters, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Template List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list. Note that this will just contain the details outlined above and no report information.

Template Actions

Either selecting the template name or selecting ... > Run by the template in the list will open a window where you can Run the Report.

As each report template uses different data and offers different customisation options, the pages are used to explain each report template individually.
