Learner ILR Employment Status Report in PICSWeb

The Learner ILR Employment Status Report produces a list of learner’s Employment Status records that meet the specified criteria.

Report Options

The following customisation options are available:

  • Sort – Here you can choose whether reports are sorted by Status Date or Status Date - Most Recent First.

  • Learners Report Type – This controls which date is used in the learner record to determine whether statuses for that learner will be included. Choosing In Learning Between Dates will include statuses for any learners whose programme overlaps with the date range. Choosing Starters Between Dates will include statuses for any learners whose Start Date falls within the date range. Choosing Leavers Between Dates will include statuses for any learners whose Actual End Date falls within the date range. Choosing Created Between Dates will include statuses for any learners whose Created Date falls within the date range.

  • Learners From and To – Here you can specify the date range that will determine the learners whose statuses are included in the report. You can either choose a Fixed Date and choose the relevant dates from the calendar date selector, or choose one of the relative values such as Today, Start of Week, Start of Month or others. If you choose a relative value, it is possible to add a positive or negative Offset value, which will adjust the date by the specified number of weeks. For example, choosing End of Week with a +1 Weeks Offset value will run the report from the end of the next week.

  • Report Type – This controls which date is used in the learner status to determine whether it will be included. Choosing Employment Status Between Dates will include any statuses which fall within the date range. Choosing All will include all statuses for included learners.

  • Employments From and To – If you have chosen Employment Status Between Dates above, here you can specify the date range that will determine whether statuses are included in the report. You can either choose a Fixed Date and choose the relevant dates from the calendar date selector, or choose one of the relative values such as Today, Start of Week, Start of Month or others.   • Employment Status – Here you can restrict the report to a specific status.

  • Employment Intensity Indicator

  • Length of Employment

  • Length of Unemployment

  • Benefit Status Indicator

  • Self Employment Indicator

  • Small Employer

  • Other Employment Type

  • Learner Tags – Here you can restrict the report to officers for learners with specific Tags. Choosing a tag from the drop-down menu will add it to the field. You can add multiple tags to the field and remove any added ones by selecting the X icon. The following tag options are available:

    • Any – This will restrict the report to learners that have at least one of the specified tags.

    • All – This will restrict the report to learners that have every specified tag.

    • None – This will restrict the report to learners that do not have any of the specified tags.

  • Sites – Here you can restrict the report to learners linked to specific Sites.

  • Qualification Plans – Here you can restrict the report to learners linked to specific Qualification Plans.

  • Contracts – Here you can restrict the report to learners linked to specific Contracts.

  • Programme – Here you can restrict the report to learners enrolled on a specific programme.

  • Funding Organisation – Here you can restrict the report to learners associated with a specific funding organisation.

  • Officer

  • Organisation

  • Episode Past Expected End – If this is ticked, only learners that have passed their Expected End Date will be included.

  • On Break-in-Learning – Here you can choose whether to include learners on a Break in Learning. You can choose whether to include All Learners, Exclude those on a break in learning, or restrict the report to Only learners on a break in learning.

  • Learner Export Status – Here you can restrict the report to learners with a specific ILR Export Status.

  • AS Status – Here you can restrict the report to to learners with a specific Apprenticeship Service Status.

  • Self Assessed Disability – Here you can restrict the report to learners with a specific Self Assessed Disability status.

  • Provider End Code – Here you can restrict the report to learners with a certain Provider End Codes.

  • Provider Destination – Here you can restrict the report to learners with certain Provider Destination Codes.

  • Learner FAM Type – Here you can restrict the report to learners with a specific FAM type set.

  • Learner FAM Value – If you have specified a Learner FAM Type above, here you can restrict the report to learners with a specific value recorded for the FAM type above.

  • Aims have FAM – Here you can restrict the report to learners who have aims with a specific FAM type recorded.

Report Output

The learner ILR employment statuses report consists of a single sheet listing all matching statuses. Along with the status and learner details, any Optional Fields chosen when building the report will be included as additional columns.Â
