PICS 21.00.004.06 Release Notes
The following changes were made as part of PICS 21.00.004.06, as released on the 4th February 2022.
New Features
CRM and Applicants – Added support to import PRaP RTE notification reports to the PRaP Checkbox importer.
Desktop PICS – A new extract of the OfQual register is available - taken 11/01/2022.
Improvements
CRM and Applicants, eEmploy, Desktop PICS – Bank Holidays for 2022 have been corrected for the Platinum Jubilee weekend.
eEmploy – Fixed issue with SOC and SIC pickers when 2-digit codes are used.
Fixed issue with workspace recently viewed participants wasn't updating.
Added new config setting Status Workflow Transition - PICSWeb compatibility mode which hides the substatus drop down list during transitions.
Added Vacancy Contract Type drop down list to the vacancy edit form.
Added Status Workflows Actions and Validation for Delivery Target and Delivery Model.
Reduced the number of invitations sent when editing Activities with Microsoft 365 integration enabled.
Meeting invitations sent using Microsoft 365 are now logged in the CRM History view.
A recommendation to re-authenticate with Microsoft 365 is displayed for Token Errors.
Added date filtering to the Action Plan Course Search and some minor display improvements to the list.
Fixed bug in eEmploy where the time was blank for activities created using the "Schedule Next" button.
Desktop PICS – More Desktop features are being retired from PICS for hosted customers.
Desktop PICS – LARS v8 27th Jan and ORGANISATIONS v3 17th are now available in PICS.
Data Patches
These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.
Desktop PICS – Preparation for moving the Main Aim Reference field EpiData.INI_REF to Trainee.MAINAIMREF
Desktop PICS, PICSWeb – A number of unused field from various tables have been removed to improved database performance.
Bug Fixes
Reporting – Completed aims are no longer included in Maximum Possible Achievement Rates when running with the "Report on Comp Aims" option turned on.
