PICS 20.01.001.00 Release Notes
The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.01.001.00, as released on the 4th June 2021.
Improvements
eEmploy – Added support for Provider ID soft title.
eEmploy, eJobMatch – EntitledTo benefits calculations can now be scheduled as a CRM activity, started from a CRM activity and the calculation results automatically imported against the activity.
Form Capture App, Desktop PICS, REST API, SOAP Service – Import identification codes are now alpha numeric to allow more than 100,000 imports to be recorded.
Imports and Exports – The ILR exporter now sends all ACT FAM records regardless of date if the aim starts in a future year.
Misc Tools – To increase performance and reliability when PUPs are stored on a network share, Software Updates now copies them to a local temporary directory before extracting.
Reporting – Auto Email/SMS date range now caters for a year back or forward.
Data Patches
These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.
CRM and Applicants, Form Capture App, Desktop PICS, REST API, SOAP Service – Imports can now support character fields longer than 255 characters.
Desktop PICS – Fields have been added to allow more DAM codes to be associated with Qualification Plan aims.
Desktop PICS – A field has been added to allow proportional allocation of participants to JCP Contracts.
Desktop PICS, PICSWeb – Expiry date fields have been added to Applicant, Officer, Organisation, Learner, Vacancy and CRM Activity File Attachment tables.
Bug Fixes
CRM and Applicants, eEmploy, Desktop PICS – Fixed an invalid date SQL error when running a status workflow action which sets an milestone date.
