The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.01.000.00, as released on the 23rd April 2021.

Improvements

  • Desktop PICS – LARS v7 : 14th April and ORGANISATIONS v3.0.0 : 14th April are now available in PICS.

Data Patches

These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.

  • CRM and Applicants, Desktop PICS – Database version upgrade to 20.01 to remove old Applicant data fields and tables that have not been used for approximately 10 years.

  • Desktop PICS – Tables and Fields required for 2021/22 ILR Data have been added.

  • Desktop PICS, PICSWeb – Additional ILR fields have been added to Applicants.

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting – The Auto SMS/Email report's Status Change report was incorrectly always checking the Trainee's/Applicant's current status against the selected status. Now fixed.
