The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.00.005.03, as released on the 11th December 2020.

Improvements

  • AdHoc – Selection now includes Appointments that happened yesterday.

  • AdHoc – Selection criteria on Learner Support Reason.

  • AdHoc – Selection criteria on Reference for Assessments.

  • AdHoc – Output of Record Created and Last Modified added to ILR Destinations & Progressions.

  • AdHoc – Selection of Unit Qualification  Level and Not Main Aim now work.

  • AdHoc – Output of data to Dashboard could duplicate the last record in some circumstances.

  • eJobMatch – New Adzuna vacancy feed is now available for customers with a Vacancy Import license.

  • Form Capture App – xpFCA for iOS now includes a watermark for signatures.

  • Form Capture App, SOAP Service – Performance improvements when downloading Officers.

Data Patches

These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.

  • Desktop PICS – 2021/22 Period base data will be added on or after Saturday 9th January 2021.

Bug Fixes

  • Claims and Profiles – The Learner Data report within Budget Manager was not respecting the Use employer earned payments instead of PMR records option resulting in an inflated value against each learner. Now fixed.

  • PICS Main – When Importing an Applicant the Status was not being updated. Now fixed.

  • SOAP Service – When importing FCA forms or other Imports including Prior Qualifications using the PICS Web Service, a Field Code not found error could occur. Now fixed.
