The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.00.004.01, as released on the 13th November 2020.

New Features

  • Desktop PICS – A new extract of the OfQual register is available – taken 07/11/2020

Improvements

  • CRM and Applicants, eAssessor, eDashboard, Desktop PICS, Surveys and eSurveys – New PICS branding applied.

  • Form Capture App – FCA “Make Template” now includes Qualification Plan title.

  • Desktop PICS – LARS v7 : 11th November and ORGANISATIONS v3.0.0 : 26th October are now available in PICS.

Data Patches

These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.

Desktop PICS: We have added a new table: pcPlanTags. This will be used to store tags which will be applied by qualification plans to learners or applicants.

Bug Fixes

  • Claims and Profiles – PMR reconciliation was not including all PMRs on the same day when comparing PMR expected by EFSA and PMRs in PICS. Now fixed.

  • eAssessor – Editing OTJ Hours entries did not update the cached totals data output in reports. Now fixed.

  • Desktop PICS, PICSWeb – DAM code 008 would not appear in the list of codes for aims starting after 1st August 2020. Now fixed.

  • Reporting – The Audit Report’s Traineeship Anomalies report now uses 12 months as the maximum length of a Traineeship Programme.
