The following changes were made as part of PICS 21.00.003.06, as released on the 10th December 2021.

Improvements

• CRM and Applicants, eEmploy:

  • New data capture for Courses which are delivered online.

  • Fixed SQL Error due to multiple joins of Trainee Epidata on Workspace Caseload.

  • New search options when selecting a course on the Action Plan page.

• Desktop PICS – The withdrawal of the Learner Achievements section has been postponed for OneFile and Smart Assessor users until 15th February 2022.

• Desktop PICS – LARS v8 - 24th Nov, and ORGANISATIONS v3 - 25th Nov now available.

Bug Fixes

• Desktop PICS – There was an issue with not being able to add units to learners from qualification base data. Now fixed.
