The following changes were made as part of PICS 21.00.003.00, as released on the 19th November 2021.

New Features

AdHoc – Added learner payment RecGUID to Adhoc output fields. Added learner payments to Adhoc RAW field outputs.
CRM and Applicants, eEmploy – Added some additional fields to the learner mail merge in CRM and eEmploy.
CRM and Applicants, eEmploy, eRecruit – Added support for capturing level-2 SOC and SIC codes displayed a flat list of items.
eAssessor – Forgot password in eAssessor will now work with user accounts created in PICSWeb.
eEmploy – Added filtering options to the calendar views in eEmploy.
PICS Main – LARS v8 - 10th Nov, and ORGANISATIONS v3 - 12th Nov and now available.

Improvements

PICS Main – Fields to improve Learner Evidence and Reviews signatures have been added for use in PICSWeb.

AdHoc – AdHoc Express output was not filtering CRM Activity output correctly - Activities at Organisations without Sites could be excluded.
eEmploy – When appointments fail to synchronise with M365 a warning is displayed instead of raising an error.
eEmploy – It is no longer possible to double-click the create participant button.
eEmploy – Document titles are now cropped to the field width without raising an error.
Imports and Exports – PelControl's Multi Year ILR Imports will now only import non-dated Aim FAMs for an Aim's most recent year.
Reporting – The Maximum Possible Achievement Rates report was incorrectly including aims which ended before 01/08/2019 but did not have an achievement date. Now fixed.
