The following changes were made as part of PICS 21.00.000.01, as released on the 13th August 2021
New Year Features
Support for the 2021 ILR has been added to PICS. This includes data entry, funding calculator, ILR exporter and ILR importer in PICS and PelControl.
Reporting – Achievement Rates are now available which run to the 2020 ESFA QAR calculations. This includes the Reconciler tool.
AdHoc – Added fields for 2021/21 including Learner First / Latest Prior Attainment Level / Applies From, Employment Status Monitoring OET.
Improvements
Reporting – Scheduled Auto SMS / Email - Added new report option to attempt to only use the recipient's preferred contact method and added more activity status filters.
Bug Fixes
REST API – Employer end point was returning wrong total number of pages when specific page sizes were requested. Now fixed.
