The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.00.005.15, as released on the 29th January 2021.

New Features

CRM and Applicants, eEmploy – Added data capture to record courses delivered by external organisations which can be linked to customer action plan activities. This can be reported on using Adhoc reports.
Reporting – The Learner Status Report now has a Programme Start column on the Learner Projected Values report.

Improvements

CRM and Applicants, Form Capture App, Desktop PICS – Hosted Customers Only: CRM & Applicants and FCM functionality will be redirected to PICSWeb from 9th February 2021. Users will be sign posted to PICSWeb until then.
Desktop PICS – OneFile registration now can use ILR Employment details for Employer resolution.

AdHoc – The In-Learning filter could raise an exception if "the past" was used as a rolling date.
AdHoc – The Next Month date filter was excluding the first day of the month.
Claims and Profiles – The FM36 Funding Calculation was not correctly applying balancing payments where a change of negotiated prices happens after a learner's planned end date. Now fixed.
Misc Tools – Payroll could raise a range check error.
Reporting – The Audit Report's Funding Eligibility report has been updated to allow for Traineeships with a Level 3 prior attainment. The FFI Anomalies report has been updated to allow for Local Flexibility.
Reporting – The Ofsted 2017 report was not displaying data for learners that were not linked to a Cohort or Site. Now fixed.
