The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.01.002.02, as released on the 16th July 2021.
New Features
Claims and Profiles – The ESF Contract Manager's Report output now contains a column for the item's Created date.
Claims and Profiles, PICSWeb – National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Uplift has been added to the AEB FM35 funding calculations.
LARS v7: 12th July and ORGANISATION v3: 15th July are now available in PICS.
Bug Fixes
Claims and Profiles – The ESF Contract Manager was not generating progression claim items when there were multiple eligible D&P records for the programme. Now fixed.
CRM and Applicants, eEmploy – The CRM Documents section was not displaying ITP document types in the drop down list. Now fixed.
The CRM Attachments and ITP document sections were not displaying CRM document types when linked directly to a learner. Now fixed.
Reporting – The Audit Report's Traineeship Anomalies report was not respecting a learner's EHC plan as recorded on the ILR. Now fixed.
