The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.00.006.02, as released on the 12th March 2021.

Improvements

• eAssessor – Files attached to the source applicant record can now be viewed via the Learner Documents list.

• Form Capture App, SOAP Service – When CRM Activities are created for Learners, Applicants, or Organisations they attachments are now also directly linked to the main Learner, Applicant, or Organisation.

• Desktop PICS – LARS v7: 10th March and ORGANISATIONS v3.0.0: 26th February are now available in PICS.

Bug Fixes

• AdHoc – Applicant NOK output was missing in AdHoc Express output.

• AdHoc – Now possible to filter Organisation selection by the record System Status field.

• AdHoc – Many more outputs of Organisation Additional ID are now available.

• CRM and Applicants, Desktop PICS – Searching for addresses using the Postcoder interface and a single postcode would populate the first address found rather than offering a list of addresses. Now fixed.
