The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.01.000.05, as released on the 14th May 2021.

Improvements

• Claims and Profiles – A deprecation message has been added to the desktop funding reconciler with a prompt to use the new Funding Reconciler in PICSWeb.

• CRM and Applicants, eAssessor, eEmploy, eJobMatch – To help prevent malicious files from being uploaded via web apps, files with no file extension are now blocked. Added validation of minimum and maximum values to numeric data entry fields.

• eAssessor – User last login is no longer cleared when the password is reset.

• Desktop PICS – LARS v7 : 13th May and FIS Organisations v3.0.0 :13th May are now available in PICS.

• Reporting – The Attendance report was counting "Not enrolled" Custom Attendance Types created in PICSWeb as expected sessions. Now fixed.

• REST API – Incoming Postcodes now have any trailing spaces removed.

Bug Fixes

• Form Capture App, SOAP Service – Syncing large FCA forms could cause a "400: Bad Request" error in some cases. Now fixed.
