The following changes were made as part of PICS 20.00.002.05, as released on the 24th September 2020.
New Features
Desktop PICS – A new extract of the OfQual register is available – taken 10/09/2020.
Improvements
AdHoc – Selection & Output of Organisation Applicants has been added
Additional Output fields have been added to Applicant Employer output.Claims and Profiles – The Advanced Learner Loans claims reconciler has been updated to work better with more recent funding reports.
eDashboard – The Trainee List widget can now be Filtered and Grouped by Contract.
Desktop PICS – LARS v7 : 22nd September and ORGANISATIONS v3.0.0 : 10th September are now available in PICS.
Bug Fixes
Claims and Profiles – The FM36 Calculation was not generating funding for aims where there are duplicate aims with the same start date on different PICS episodes. Now fixed.
Claims and Profiles – The FM25 Calculator was not using the new Rates when calculating part time learning hours. Now fixed.
Desktop PICS – DAM can now be entered on aims where the Source of Funding (SOF) is 105. This is to allow non-English learning-start-date postcodes to be used alongside DAM 001.
