The Components tab in the Learner Scope Item Summary shows any of the learner’s Components that have been linked to the scope item.

Components are linked to scope items in the Scope tab in Component Configuration.

Components are divided into Learning, Gateway and End Point Assessment sections. For each component, the following details are shown:

• Component Type – The different types available are explained in Component Types.

• Title

• Start Date

• Due Date

Open

Filtering the Component List

The options to filter the list by Component Type and Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Selecting More shows an option to filter by Due Before. Selecting this field will add it to the filter bar.

Exporting the Component List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Component Actions

Selecting the … icon by a component will show the following details:

• Summary – This will open the corresponding Learner Component Summary.

• Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Learner Component.
