Components in the PICSWeb Learner Delivery Plan

This section is only available if you have the eAssessor licence for PICSWeb Portfolio.

If your learner is linked to a Target and Delivery Model, the Components tab in the Learner Delivery Plan displays the Components from the model that have been attached to the learner, divided into Learning, Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA) stages.

If you have not yet linked the learner to a delivery model, this process is explained in Adding a Delivery Model to a Learner.

For each component in the list, the following details are shown:

  • Type

  • Description – Icons will be shown here if the component is High Priority or Highest Priority.

  • Start Date

  • Expected End Date

  • Actual End Date

 

Components Progress

The progress section at the top of the tab shows the following counts:

  • Total Components

  • Completed Components

  • Overdue Components

Filtering the Component List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Component Type

  • Number of Records Displayed

Selecting More will show an option to add a filter for Due Before date. Selecting this will add it to the filter bar.

Exporting the Component List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Component Actions

Selecting Add Components will open a window where you can Add Components from the delivery plan to the learner.

Selecting the ... icon by a component in the list will show the following options:

  • Summary – Selecting this will take you to the Component Summary, where you can view additional information and access the resources attached to the component.

  • Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Component.
