The Apprenticeship Tracking tab in the Learner Delivery Plan shows various certification details for the learner's apprenticeship. This tab shows any details that have been recorded in the edit window explained below. Apart from the Required fields, if no value has been recorded for a field it will not be displayed in the tab.

Editing Apprenticeship Tracking Information

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can edit the following details:

• Technical Qualification Required

• Technical Certificate – This will display a list of suitable qualifications attached to the learner record to set as the certificate.

• Maths Functional Skills (FS)/Key Skills (KS) Qualification Required

• Maths FS/KS Certificate – This will display a list of suitable qualifications attached to the learner record to set as the certificate.

• Maths FS/KS Level

• Maths FS/KS Test Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Maths FS/KS Portfolio Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• English FS/KS Qualification Required

• English FS/KS Certificate – This will display a list of suitable qualifications attached to the learner record to set as the certificate.

• English FS/KS Level

• English FS/KS Test Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• English FS/KS Portfolio Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• ICT FS/KS Qualification Required

• ICT FS/KS Certificate – This will display a list of suitable qualifications attached to the learner record to set as the certificate.

• ICT FS/KS Level

• ICT FS/KS Test Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• ICT FS/KS Portfolio Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Qualification Required

• ERR Certificate – This will display a list of suitable qualifications attached to the learner record to set as the certificate.
