Selecting Learners > Additional Sections > Placements from the side menu will open the Learner Placements page. This page displays all placements recorded in your learners' employment statuses. Placements for individual learners are held in the Placements tab in the Learner Summary.
The placement list displays any placements that match the filters set above the list. For each placement, the following details are shown:
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.
Search – Here you can search by learner Name and ID code.
Learner Status – Here you can restrict the report to placements for learners with a specific status.
Tags – Selecting the Search... box will open a drop-down menu where you can add multiple Tags to search by. The following search options are available:
Any – This will filter the list to placements for learners that contain at least one of the specified tags.
All – This will filter the list to placements for learners that contain every specified tag.
None – This will filter the list to placements for learners that do not have any of the specified tags.

Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:
Expected End Date
Learner Reference Number
Learner System Status
Learner Created Date
Learner Started Date
Learner Ended Date
Learner Expected End Date
ILR Export Status
Exporting the Placement List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Using the tickboxes to the left of each placement will display the following options for bulk processing. You can use the tickbox at the top of the list to select and deselect all placements in the current list.
Replace – This will replace all ticked placements with a new organisation. In this window, you can specify the End Date of the previous placement and the Organisation used for the next placement. The new placement will have the Start Date set to the day after the End Date you have specified. Select Save to replace the placements.
Along with these actions, selecting the ... icon by a placement in the list will open a menu with the following options:
Details – This will open a window showing additional placement details.
