Selecting the ... icon next to an Applicant in the Applicant List and selecting Summary or selecting the applicant's full name will open the Applicant Summary page. The name of the applicant will be temporarily added to the side menu, meaning that you can quickly return to the record if you navigate away from it.

Applicant Details

The summary page contains the following details for the applicant, as well as any details that have been added to the applicant in the Edit Window. If no value has been added for a field, it will not be shown in the details section. 

• Display Picture – Selecting this will open your file browser, where you can search for a new picture if necessary.

• Full Name

• Risk Band – This indicates the level of risk associated with the applicant, ranging from green (low-risk) to yellow (medium-risk) and red (high-risk). A grey dot means that no risk level has been set.

• Status – Selecting the status will open a drop-down menu where you can choose a new status to set. Selecting the Workflow icon will display the Workflow linked to the applicant.

• Tags – Any Tags that have been added to the applicant will be shown here. You can select the X within a tag to remove it, or select the + icon to add new tags.

Applicant Activities

Icons are available underneath the applicant name to create various activities involving the applicant. The following icons are available:

• Create Appointment 

• Log Email

• Log Call

• Send SMS – This is only available if you have SMS Integration.

The remaining personal details for the applicant are found in the various tabs in the summary page. Information can be edited from within each of these tabs. The following tabs are available:
