Cloning an Applicant in PICSWeb

Cloning an applicant record in PICSWeb allows you to create a new applicant record with the same details as the cloned one.

To clone an applicant, open the Applicant Summary and select Actions > Clone Applicant from the top-right corner of the page.

This will open a window where you can enter a new Training Adviser and Qualification Plan for the applicant if necessary.

Open

Select Save to generate the new applicant record. You will then be taken to the Summary for the new applicant. We recommend that you use Tags or another system to differentiate between the two applicants.
