The options to search the list by Organisation Name and filter by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Exporting the Organisation List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Adding an Organisation
Selecting Add Organisation in will open a window where you can link a new organisation to the applicant. In this window, choose the Relationship Type to use and search for the relevant Organisation to link. Once you are finished, select Save to add the organisation or Cancel to discard it.
Selecting the … icon by an organisation in the list will show the following options:
Edit – Selecting this will open a window where you can change the Organisation linked using the current relationship type.
Delete – This will remove the organisation from the applicant record but not delete the organisation itself. You will be prompted to confirm before the organisation is deleted.
