Completing Target Scans in PICSWeb

If a target scan has been set up for an Officer or learner to complete, you can add your answers from the relevant Target Scan Summary.

To do this, select one of two options in the Answers tab:

  • Add Answers – This is for your own answers.

  • Add Learner Answers – This is for if you want to add answers on behalf of the learner. Answers added here will be displayed in the Learner section.

 

This will open a window where you can choose a Stage and enter Notes for each Scope Item in the learner’s target.

Once you have entered your answers, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them. After saving, your answers will be added to the Answers tab.
