The PICS Episode Start tab in the Learner ILR Summary shows various details relating to the start of the learner's episode of learning in PICSWeb. The following details are shown:

• Original Start date

• Start date

• Expected End date

• ILR Export Status – This indicates whether the learner will be included in or withheld from the ILR Export.

• Start Type

Along with this, if the learner has been on a Break in Learning and returned, any user-defined information recorded for the return will be displayed.

Open

Editing Episode Start Information

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can edit the following details:

• Original Start date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Start date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Expected End date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• ILR Export Status – Choosing Include in Export will include the learner record in future ILR Exports. Choosing Withhold from Export will exclude the learner. You will not be able to save these details if this field is left blank.

Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
