ACE360 Standard in the PICSWeb Learner ILR Summary

The ACE360 Standard tab in the ILR Summary displays details for the learner’s apprenticeship standard and End Point Assessment (EPA) from the ACE360 Service, which is provided by the Federation for Industry Sector Skills and Standards (FISSS) for certifying apprenticeships in England and providing a link between apprentices, learning providers and EPA organisations.

If the learner has not yet been Uploaded to ACE360, this tab will only display the following:

• Edit – This button is used to Link an ACE360 Standard to the learner so that they can be uploaded.

• Upload to ACE360 – This button will begin the Learner ACE360 Upload.

Once the learner has been uploaded, the following information from ACE360 will be displayed:

• Standard – If necessary, this can be amended using the Edit button as before.

• ACE360 ID

• Uploaded date

• Status in ACE360

• Status Updated from ACE360 – This displays the most recent date and time that the Status in ACE360 field in PICSWeb was updated from ACE360.

Open

Selecting the Refresh icon next to the Status in ACE360 will manually download the current status from ACE360 and if necessary update the field. It is also possible to update the status for all uploaded learners using the tool in ACE360 Integration Configuration.
