Updating Learner Prior Qualifications from the LRS

In order to ensure that the Personal Learning Record (PLR) data for your learners is up-to-date, a PLR Refresh option has been added to the Prior Qualifications tab. This option will be displayed if any of the qualifications were downloaded from the LRS at least one month ago.

Selecting this will download a new copy of the PLR from the LRS and update the prior qualification data as necessary.

You will be shown any new information that has been added from the refresh. Any qualifications that are no longer in the current PLR will not be deleted from PICSWeb, but their Import Type and Last Import Date/Time will be removed.

The most recent Import Source and Import Date and Time will also be added to the details windows for individual qualifications.
