Editing Learner Qualifications in PICSWeb

This page explains how you can edit a qualification attached to a learner. If you want to edit an ILR Learning Aim, you will need to go to the Learning Aims tab in the ILR Summary and open the Learning Aim Summary.
Selecting ... > Edit by a qualification in the Learner Qualification List will open a window where you can edit the following details. Once you have made your changes, select Save to keep them or Cancel to discard them.
Status – Here you can set the qualification to Active, Discontinued or Prior Accreditation.
Start Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Expected End Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Actual End Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Achieved Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Assessor – An Officer search bar is available at the top of the drop-down menu.
IQA – An Officer search bar is available at the top of the drop-down menu.
EQA – An Officer search bar is available at the top of the drop-down menu.
Registration Enrolment Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Registration Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Registration Number
Registration Expires Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Registration PO Number

Claimed Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Certificate Applied For Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Certificate Received Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
