Editing Qualifications in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting ... > Edit by a qualification in the Qualification List, or selecting Edit in a Qualification Summary, will open a window where you can edit the following details. Once you have made your changes, select Save to keep them or Cancel to discard them. 

• Title

• Level

• Old Level

• Awarding Body's Level

• Awarding Body

• Awarding Body Number

• Types – Here you can specify which types will be available for the qualification in a learner's programme. As well as predefined labels, 9 User Type options are available in the drop-down menu. You can add multiple types from the drop-down menu to this field. Selecting the X icon by a type will remove it from the field.

• Status – This indicates whether the qualification is Live or Dormant. Dormant qualifications will not be available to add to Qualification Plans or to link to learners.
