The Dependants tab in the Learner Summary shows any people who have been attached to the learner as a dependant. For each dependant, the following details are shown:

Filtering the Dependant List
The option to filter the dependant list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Exporting the Dependant List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Creating a New Dependant
Selecting Create Dependant in the dependants tab will open a window where you can create a new dependant record. In this window, you can enter the Forename and Surname then choose a Relation from the drop-down menu.
Once you have finished, select Save to add the dependant or Cancel to discard them. Further details can be added by editing the dependant.
Selecting ... > Edit by a dependant in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:
Date of Birth – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Ethnicity – A search bar is available in the drop-down menu.
Education Level – A search bar is available in the drop-down menu.
Relation – A search bar is available in the drop-down menu.
Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes.
Selecting ...> Delete by a note in the list will delete the dependant. You will be prompted to confirm before the dependant is deleted.
