PICS Document Template Types

Your Document Templates can be set up for a variety of different data areas in PICS. Each document specification is based on a Report Template and can export the data fields included in that report. This page lists the available types and where in PICS you can generate them.
The type can be chosen using the Template For field when Creating a New Document Template.

This document is used to export Learner details.
A Learners document can be Generated for an Individual Learner and Multiple Learners.
