Learner Change Requests in PICSWeb
Selecting Learners > Change Requests from the side menu will open the Learner Change Requests page. This page lists requests for a change of learner details made by PICSWeb users who are not authorised to make the changes themselves.
If you want to create your own change request, you will need to go to the Change Requests tab in a Learner Summary and select Create Change Request.
If you are licensed to use WebForms, it is possible to create change requests from a learner record using Change Request WebForms.
