Processing Learner Change Requests in PICSWeb

If you have the User Permissions to Authorise and Action Change Requests, this can be done from the list by selecting ... > Details by a request.

The details window will display the current status of the request and buttons to change the status according to the Change Request workflow shown below. Be aware that Actioning a request will not actually make any changes to the relevant data in PICSWeb; the change itself will need to be made manually.
