Editing Learner Change Requests in PICSWeb

Selecting ... > Edit by a request in the Change Request List, or selecting Edit in a Change Request Details window, will open a window where you can edit the following details:

• Change Type – Custom change types can be maintained in the Change Request Types page in Lists and Types Configuration.

• Description

• Admin Notes

Open

Once you have made your changes, select Save to keep them or Cancel to discard them. If you want to attach a file to the request, this can be done in the Change Request Details window.
