Recruit an Apprentice Details in the PICSWeb Vacancy Summary

This tab will only be available if you have Enabled RAA Integration in PICSWeb configuration and ticked Recruit an Apprentice Vacancy when Creating the Vacancy.

The Recruit an Apprentice tab in the Vacancy Summary displays some additional vacancy data that will be Uploaded to the RAA Service and display whether the vacancy has been uploaded or not.

Any desired qualifications in the Qualifications tab will also be included in the upload.

The information panel at the top of the tab will indicate whether the vacancy has been uploaded to the RAA service yet.

The following details will be populated from the relevant vacancy and organisation data:

  • Training Type

  • Employer Website

  • Employer Description

Selecting Edit from the top-right corner of the page will open a window where you can edit the following details. Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to confirm the changes or Cancel to discard them.

  • Application Method – Here you can specify whether applications can be done through Find an Apprenticeship or an External Site.

  • Expected Duration

  • Duration Type

  • Working Week

  • Apprenticeship Standard

  • Short Description

  • Description – Here you can enter the full description, up to 500 characters.

  • Skills – Here you can search for skills and add them to the field as necessary.

  • Outcome Description

  • Training Description

  • Things to Consider

  • Employer Name Options – Here you can choose whether the employer is named using their Registered or Trading names, or whether they are kept Anonymous.

  • Alternative Employer Name

  • Anonymous Reason
