Changing a Learner's Qualification Plan in PICSWeb

If you have linked a learner to a Qualification Plan when creating the learner record, it is possible to change the linked plan from the ILR Summary.

To do this, select Actions > Change Qualification Plan from the top-right of the ILR Summary page. A window will then open displaying the current plan in a drop-down menu.

You can use this drop-down menu to choose a new plan to link. You will only be able to choose from plans that are set for the same Programme Type as the original plan. Select Save to apply the changes.
