The Messages and Log tab in the Review Summary displays any messages recorded between the learner and any officers linked to the review along with any other notifications. Messages are sorted by sender into different columns across the tab.
For each message, the following details are shown:
Sent Date and Time
To User – Selecting this will open the corresponding learner or officer summary
From User display icon
The grey boxes show review notifications, such as signature requests. A link to the relevant action will be available in the box.
Sending a New Message
Selecting New Message will open a window where you can enter the following details:
To – Here you can choose the recipient from the drop-down menu. Only the learner and officers linked to the review will be available here.
Once you have finished, select Send to send the message or Cancel to discard it. Any recipients will be informed by email once the message has been sent.
