Score – Here you can assign a score value to the action to indicate how important it is. This number is for labelling use only and does not affect any other data in the system.
Filtering the Action List
The option to Search the action list and filter by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:
Exporting the Action List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Adding a New Action
Selecting Add Action will open a window where you can enter the following details for the new action point. Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to add the action point or Cancel to discard it.
Due date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
By – This indicates whether the Learner, Mentor, or Reviewer is responsible for the action.
Officer – A search bar is available at the top of the drop-down menu.
