Reopening Reviews in PICSWeb

It is possible to reopen a review that has already been signed if you need to amend any details. Doing this will clear all Signatures attached to the review, meaning that it will need to be signed again once you have made your changes.

To reopen a review, open the relevant Review Summary and go to the Review Details section on the left-hand side of the page. If any signatures have been recorded for the review, a Reopen button will be shown here.

Open

Selecting this button will open a window explaining the reopening process. To confirm, select Reopen.

This will clear the signatures from the review, allowing you to Edit the Review. It will also clear the Attended Status and Attended Date values.
