Start and End in the PICSWeb Learning Aim Summary

The Start & End tab in the Learning Aim Summary shows various details relating to the start and end of the aim. The following start details are available, but will only appear in the tab if information has been recorded for them:

  • Learning Start Date

  • Original Learning Start Date

  • Learning Planned End Date

If the aim has not yet been ended, a button to End Now will be available.

Selecting End Now will open a window where you can enter the following details for the aim end:

  • Learning Actual End Date

  • Completion Status

  • Outcome

  • PICS Achievement Date

  • Employment Outcome

  • Outcome Grade

  • Withdrawal Reason

Select Save to end the aim and add the recorded details to the tab.

 

Editing Start and End Information

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can edit the details specified above. Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
