The Qualification Tracking tab in the Learning Aim Summary shows the details for the qualification linked to the aim. The following details are available, but will only appear in the tab if information has been recorded for them:

• Status – This indicates whether the qualification is Active, Discontinued, or represents a Prior Accreditation.

• Title

• Reference

• Start date

• Expected End date

• Actual End date

• Achieved date

• Assessor – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary page.

• IQA – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary page.

• EQA – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary page.

Editing ILR Data

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can enter and edit the details listed above, apart from Title and Reference code. Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
