Users and Permissions in PICS Configuration

If you have Database Administrator permissions, you can manage other PICS users and their access permissions from the Users and Permissions section of PICS configuration. Selecting Users and Access > Users and Permissions from the Configuration section of the side menu will open the User List.
As well as permissions to restrict access to certain PICS features, it is also possible in this section to limit a user's access to records linked to certain Officers and certain Sites.
If you have set up Learner, Applicant or Contact logins for PICS, you can also manage these accounts in this section.
