Sites in PICSWeb allow you to create a hierarchy of sites to represent different regions, offices and partners. Records in PICSWeb can then be limited to certain sites, meaning that only staff members with the associated site permissions can access the relevant data. Sites can also be widely used in reporting, both for selection and output.
