PICSWeb can integrate with Cognassist system to create Cognassist accounts for your applicants & learners and also retrieve assessment results. Once the integration is enabled, you can create Cognassist accounts and send welcome emails to learners and applicants. Once they have completed their assessment, this will be visible in PICSWeb.

Selecting Integrations > Cognassist from the Configuration section of the side menu will take you to the Cognassist Summary page, where you can set up and manage your integration.

Integration Status

The integration status section displays the following details:

• Integration Enabled – This will indicate whether or not you have turned on the integration. This can be done from the Settings window explained below.

Integration Settings

Selecting Settings from the top-right corner of the page will open a window where you can activate the Cognassist integration by entering the following details. Once you have made any changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.

The following fields are available:

• Integration Enabled. Enable / Disable the Cognassist Integration

• API Client Key – If you do not know this, please refer to Cognassist Support to provide your API Credentials.

• API Client Secret – If you do not know this, please refer to Cognassist Support to provide your API Credentials.

• Send Welcome Email - Send a welcome email from Cognassist upon the successful creation of a Cognassist account for the learner / applicant
