The Resources tab in the Learner Qualification Summary shows all resources that have been attached to the qualification in the Course Documents tab in the Qualification Summary in Configuration. Resources can take the form of files to download or URLs to visit.

Each resource is shown in a box with an icon indicating what form the resource takes.

Filtering the Resource List

The option to search the list by Title and filter by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Resource List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Resource Details

Selecting a resource will open the details window. If the resource is a file, selecting the resource will also download a copy to your device. This window displays the following details:

• Title

• Resource Type – This indicates whether the resource is a Downloadable File or Web Link.

• File Name – If the resource is a file, the full file name will be displayed here, as well as a link to Download the file.

• URL – If the resource is a link, the full URL will be displayed here, as well as a preview of the webpage if possible.

Selecting Close will return you to the resources tab.

Resource Actions

Selecting the … icon in the corner of the box for a resource will display the following options:

• Download – If the resource is a file, this will download a copy of the resource to your device.

• Open Link – If the resource is a URL, this will open the link in a new tab.

• Details – This will open the resource details window explained above.
