Sending an SMS Message to an Organisation in PICSWeb

The SMS icon underneath an organisation’s display icon in the Organisation Summary is used to send a text message from PICSWeb to the organisation.

Selecting this icon will open a window where you can view the Name and Number of the recipient and enter your Message.

Select Send to send the text message. The From name in the text will depend on the value entered in the SMS Integration Summary. If you have enabled the option in SMS Integration Settings, a record of the message will be logged in the organisation’s Communications tab.
