Vacancy Summary in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Learners
This guidance is for learners using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by your training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask your training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
Selecting … > Summary by one of your Vacancies will open the summary page for that vacancy application. To find new vacancies to apply for, you will need to use the Job Search.
The details box shows the following details for the vacancy:
Title
Learner
Application Tags
Started date
Recent Activity
This tab shows any recent activity to do with your vacancy application. You can choose to view all the activity in the current Day, Week, Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or Year.
