Learner Summary in PICSWeb Portfolio for Employers
This guidance is for employer representatives using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
Selecting … > Summary by a learner in the Learner List will open the corresponding Learner Summary. This page is made up of different tabs showing a range of learner data.
What’s Next
The What’s Next section at the top of the learner summary shows any upcoming events or deadlines for the learner. Selecting the eye icon by an item in this list will open a window showing additional details and, where necessary, a link for you to view further details or provide your input.
