Units in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Employers Learner Summary

This guidance is for employer representatives using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.

The Units tab in the Learner Summary shows any units that make up the Qualifications being studied for by the learner. For each unit, the following details are shown:

  • Reference code

  • Title

  • Status

  • Start date

  • Due date

  • Done date

Further information can be viewed in the Unit Summary page, which you can access by selecting ... > Summary by a unit in the list.

Filtering the Unit List

The options to Search the unit list and filter by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Unit List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
