Timeline in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Employers Learner Summary

This guidance is for employer representatives using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.

The Timeline tab in the Learner Summary offers a visual respresentation of the learner’s programme. Any events or deadlines are displayed along the timeline with the green vertical line set at the current date. You can scroll to zoom in and out of the timeline.

 

Selecting an item in the timeline will open a preview window showing details relating to the record and a link to the record summary where possible.
